This site is a public clearinghouse for emerging ideas on public policy.

Our new website is a work in progress.  When it is completed it will provide a one-stop shop for green papers (submitted proposals), gold papers (improved proposals), and white papers (proposals in final form).

The Green Paper Project meets every Wednesday morning at the Original Pancake House located at 4656 Commercial Street SE, Salem, Oregon 97302.  We begin about 0730 and most people have to get to work by 0830.
